On 4/04/25 at 2:36 a.m. in the 2200 block of Old Pacific Highway, sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Dean William-Hugo, 32, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 4/04/25 at 3:20 a.m. in the 8900 block of Walter Court SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennifer Renee McCown, 35, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 4/04/25 at 4:25 p.m. in the 19500 block of Ivan Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Samantha Lynn Thompson, 45, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/04/25 at 2:03 p.m. in the 1100 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Yanli Yao, 60, on suspicions of 1) no employee license, 2) no business license, and 3) unlawful advertising.
On 4/04/25 at 11:27 p.m. in the 8100 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Lisbeth Labastida Martinez, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/04/25 at 1:19 a.m. in the 100 block of Lilly Road NE, police arrested John Charles Cooper, 67, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
On 4/04/25 at 1:27 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Madeline Price Harris, 29, on suspicions of 1) third-degree assault, and 2) property damage.
On 4/04/25 at 5:43 p.m. in the 2300 block of 9th Avenue SW, police arrested Austin Damion Patton, 46, on suspicion of assault.
On 4/04/25 at 10:07 p.m. in the 800 block of 9th Avenue SW, police arrested Calvert Raub Anderson, 42, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 4/04/25 at 11:59 p.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Raistlin Daniel David Lo Watkins, 33, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
Tumwater Police Department
On 4/04/25 at 10:50 a.m. in the 1400 block of Odegard Road SW, police arrested Daniel Belash, 26, on suspicions of 1) first-degree criminal trespass, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
