On 8/21/26 at 10:15 a.m. in the 11300 block of Scott Creek Drive SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Allen Duncan, 40, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) attempted residential burglary.

Olympia Police Department

On 8/21/26 at 4:11 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bigelow Avenue NE, police arrested Justin S. Ingalsbe, 21, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/21/26 at 6:42 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bigelow Avenue NE, police arrested Ke’Marion Da’Marr Hill, 22, on suspicion of 1) first-degree assault, 2) unlawful possession of firearms, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 8/21/26 at 8:09 a.m. in the 500 B00 block of Franz-Anderson Street SE, police arrested Benjamin Frederick Roper, 40, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 8/21/26 at 10:06 a.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Juvenstino Plascencia Arevalo, 45, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 8/21/26 at 11:15 a.m. in the 400 block of 7th Avenue SE and Jefferson Street SE, police arrested Aaron Matthew Dugan, 33, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/21/26 at 1:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Fieldstone Drive SW, police arrested Edward Robert Marsh, 50, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/21/26 at 2:34 p.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Jorge L. Roman, 47, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 8/21/26 at 3:07 p.m. in the 300 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Quasim Jaleel Williams, 31, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) lewd conduct.

Tumwater Police Department

On 8/21/26 at 1:49 a.m. in the 1300 block of 2nd Avenue SW, police arrested Tyler Miles Normoyle, 20, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 8/21/26 at 3:25 p.m. in the 2300 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Timothy David Barnes, 43, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
