On 8/28/26 at 6:55 a.m. in the area of Martin Way E and College Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael George Whitten, 42, on suspicion of 1) first-degree attempted theft, 2) first-degree identity theft, 3) third-degree theft, and 4) first-degree computer trespass.

Olympia Police Department

On 8/28/26 at 12:52 a.m. in the 800 block of Alta Street SW, police arrested Shaquille Devon McPherson, 33, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/26 at 1:34 a.m. in the 500 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Shane Aaron Connor, 44, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/26 at 10:47 a.m. in the 300 block of 5th Avenue SE, police arrested Trevor Thomas Calabrese, 38, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 8/28/26 at 2:14 p.m. in the 3900 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Ryan Ethan Anderson, 21, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/26 at 9:53 p.m. in the 3200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Manuel Ernesto Villavicencio, 51, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/26 at 10:33 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Cy Russ Lee, 32, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 8/28/26 at 4:45 p.m. in the 5700 block of Hixon Drive SE, police arrested Jordon R. Hurst, 41, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

Yelm Police Department

On 8/28/26 at 2 a.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Joshua Lee Richards, 39, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.

On 8/28/26 at 10:32 p.m. in the 9300 block of Cullens Road SE, police arrested Matthew Ryan Andren, 33, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.
