Thurston County Sheriff’s Department
On 8/01/25 at 9:11 p.m. in the 8000 block of Normandy, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kelly Lee Wood, 57, on suspicion of second-degree assault.
On 8/01/25 at 11:30 p.m. in the 5700 block of 16th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ivan Alejandro Mendez Lopez, 31, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, 4) resisting arrest, 5) failure to obey police officer, 6) reckless driving, and 7) third-degree assault.
Olympia Police Department
On 8/01/25 at 1:23 a.m. in the 2300 block of Conger Avenue NW, police arrested Jackson Aini, 50, on suspicion of assault.
On 8/01/25 at 8:40 a.m. in the 300 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Michael Patrick Forro, 34, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.
On 8/01/25 at 10:02 a.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Maria Francisco Esteban, 26, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
On 8/01/25 at 11:07 a.m. in the 700 block of 8th Avenue SE / Plum Street SE, police arrested Quinton L. White, 40, on suspicion of reckless driving.
On 8/01/25 at 11:28 p.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Leif Eric Andrew Allen, 50, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, and 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.
Tumwater Police Department
On 8/01/25 at 11:26 a.m. in the 3300 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Tony Andre Ponds, 54, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.
Yelm Police Department
On 8/01/25 at 12:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Stephen Frederick Moeller, 61, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
