On 8/23/24 at 1:49 a.m. in the 300 block of Marvin Road SE, police arrested Kaiser Kashani Morgan, 21, on suspicions of 1) protection order violation, and 2) 3rd degree driving while license suspended.
On 8/23/24 at 10:33 a.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Charles Matthew Ewing, 56, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.
On 8/23/24 at 11:43 a.m. in the 4400 block of Lexington Plain NE, police arrested Robert D. Paganini, 48, on suspicion of simple assault.
On 8/23/24 at 2:30 p.m. in the 8400 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Elias James Severson, 47, on suspicion of 2nd degree trespassing.
On 8/23/24 at 4:59 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Amber Rose Hernandez, 40, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.
On 8/23/24 at 8:37 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Chase A. Temple, 31, on suspicions of 1) theft all other larceny, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 8/23/24 at 2:49 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Lohen Che Kinsman-Kersting, 36, on suspicion of probation violation.
On 8/23/24 at 4:00 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Aleyna M. Shaw, 27, on suspicion of probation violation.
On 8/23/24 at 6:38 p.m. in the 2800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Joseph R. Jones, 76, on suspicions of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) theft all other locations.
On 8/23/24 at 8:30 p.m. in the 100 block of 7th Avenue SE, police arrested Lloyd Shannon Schwieger, 57, on suspicion of no contact order violation.
Tumwater Police Department
On 8/23/24 at 11:17 a.m. in the 5900 block of Litterock Road SW, police arrested Aja Deion Lacey, 53, on suspicion of 2nd degree theft – shoplifting.
