On 12/5/25 at 8:27 p.m. in the 6200 block of Nels Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Jiminez Osuna, 52, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 12/5/25 at 11:11 p.m. in the 8300 block of Oya Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Luke Robert Rossi, 22, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree domestic violence and 2) harassment.
On 12/5/25 at 11:43 p.m. in the block of Old Pacific Highway SE and 6th Ave SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Garrett Alexander Brooks, 27, on suspicion of 1) second-degree domestic violence, 2) fourth-degree domestic violence and 3) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 12/5/25 at 8:50 a.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Edward Troymine Johnson, 36, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled synthetic substance, 2) intimidation with a weapon, 3) misdemeanor warrant and 4) out-of-town felony warrant.
On 12/5/25 at 10:08 a.m. in the 2500 block of 22nd Avenue SE, police arrested Leah Dee Kalune, 60, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/5/25 at 12:45 p.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Clarence Raymond Creft, 56, on suspicion of obstructing an officer.

On 12/5/25 at 10:53 p.m. in the 11700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Mario Lorenzo Meeker, 31, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/5/25 at 9:17 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Cuauhtemoc Soto-Garcia, 45, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days.
