On 12/13/24 at 4:00 p.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Daniel Flodstrom, 39, on suspicion of first-degree rape of a child.

On 12/13/24 at 5:14 a.m. in the 3900 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested James A. Jimmy, 36, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 12/13/24 at 3:47 p.m. in the 6000 block of 57th Avenue SE, police arrested Carlos Alberto Mullen, 38, on suspicions of 1) possession of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit act, and 2) voyeurism.
On 12/13/24 at 4:11 p.m. in the 500 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Derle W. Mickler, 46, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 12/13/24 at 7:29 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested James Dean Haas, 58, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/13/24 at 7:51 p.m. in the 16800 block of Canal Road SE, police arrested Timothy Eugene Willoughby, 61, on suspicions of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) ignition interlock license suspended, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.
On 12/13/24 at 11:32 p.m. in the 16500 block of 103rd Avenue SE, police arrested Brittany Nicole Loper, 33, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
