On 12/8/23 at 5:14 PM in the Atwood Auto Sales, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard James Rutt, 24, on suspicions of 1) harassment, 2) 1st degree assault, 3) 2nd degree malicious mischief, and 4) 1st degree kidnapping.

On 12/8/23 at 4:05 PM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Matthew John Davis, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft shoplifting.
On 12/8/23 at 4:57 PM in the 2700 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Ryan B. Taal, 33, on suspicion of theft all other locations.
On 12/8/23 at 8:14 PM in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Adrian Garcia, 31, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic.
On 12/8/23 at 8:58 PM in the 1200 block of Cooper Point Road NW, police arrested Richard H. Yi, 36, on suspicions of harassment.
