On 1/30/26 at 2:13 a.m. in the 9200 block of Applegate Loop SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Aaron Petersen, 38, on suspicion of 1) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, and 2) fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/26 at 5:20 p.m. in the 200 block of 2nd Street E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Patrick Riley Saxton, 32, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/26 at 6:19 p.m. in the 300 block of X Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicole Maria Manos, 32, on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.

On 1/30/26 at 7:29 p.m. in the 8900 block of James Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Edwin Hardin, 38, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/26 at 8:58 p.m. in the Lewis County Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Lee Draper, 47, on suspicion of 1) eluding a police vehicle, 2) reckless endangerment, 3) reckless driving, 4) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 5) second-degree malicious mischief, 6) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 7) possession, use of controlled substance.

Lacey Police Department

On 1/30/26 at 10:38 p.m. in the 5400 block of 15th Avenue NE, police arrested Savanna Rose Fowler, 23, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/26 at 10:46 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Jacob William Carpenter, 45, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/30/26 at 2:47 a.m. in the 1300 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Tracey Osmond Wilder, 28, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/30/26 at 8:36 a.m. in the 4100 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Juan Jose Conde, 41, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 1/30/26 at 8:39 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Juvenstino Plascencia Arevalo, 45, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) resisting arrest.

On 1/30/26 at 9:55 a.m. in the 2200 block of R W Johnson Boulevard SW, police arrested John E. Luna, 67, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/26 at 2:06 p.m. in the 4600 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Andrea Lee Cheroff, 41, on suspicion of reckless driving.

On 1/30/26 at 1:39 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street N, police arrested Cassandra Lynn Kenny, 40, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/30/26 at 2:23 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street S, police arrested Daryl Ray Russell, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/30/26 at 3:23 p.m. in the 16400 block of Railway Road SE, police arrested Kelvin Josue Gonzalez Zepeda, 22, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/30/26 at 9:22 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Janet Marie Funk, 56, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.
