Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 1/9/26 at 8:36 a.m. in the 300 block of Devoe Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Mario McCurley Jr, 43, on suspicion of 1) second-degree rape, 2) second-degree domestic violence strangulation, and 3) unlawful imprisonment.

On 1/9/26 at 3:25 p.m. in the 7300 block of Pacific Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Erick Isaias Velasquez, 32, on suspicion of 1) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/9/26 at 9:48 p.m. in the 500 block of Binghampton Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamie Lee Wilson, 32, on suspicion of 1) violation of domestic violence no contact order, and 2) residential burglary.

On 1/9/26 at 10:00 p.m. in the 900 block of Beinghampton, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob John Stahl, 39, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/9/26 at 1:13 a.m. in the 3000 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Edward Earl Rach, 58, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/9/26 at 2:18 a.m. in the 2600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Dimitri Peter Squire, 41, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/9/26 at 10:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of Mitchell Avenue NE, police arrested Joshua Adam Middleton, 45, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault of a child, and 2) fourth-degree assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 1/9/26 at 2:07 p.m. in the 6900 block of 6th Avenue SW, police arrested Billy Brett Moore, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 1/9/26 at 12:14 a.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Kerina Ann Crookston, 30, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.
