On 7/18/25 at 5:08 a.m. in the 3300 block of Lilly Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicole Irene Jackson, 39, on suspicion of second-degree assault.
On 7/18/25 at 8:32 p.m. in the 9500 block of US Highway 12, sheriff’s deputies arrested Francisco Reyes Abarca, 38, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 7/18/25 at 10:19 p.m. in the area of 46th Avenue NE / Libby Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Allan Wilson Bullaoit Abad, 36, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) felony harassment, 3) third-degree driving while license suspended, 4) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when require, and 5) resisting arrest.
On 7/18/25 at 10:19 p.m. in the area of 46th Avenue NE / Libby Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeri Lee Moomaw, 58, on suspicion of 1) obstructing a law enforcement officer, 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, 3) aid or abet third-degree driving while license suspended, and 4) aiding or abetting driving under the influence.
On 7/18/25 at 11:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of 26th Avenue NE #B, sheriff’s deputies arrested Skie Raven Rynerson, 28, fourth-degree assault.

On 7/18/25 at 12:44 p.m. in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Paula Lynn Mike, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 7/18/25 at 12:44 p.m. in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Earl Lee Alexander, 65, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 7/18/25 at 3:43 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Richard Thomas Long, 51, on suspicion of 1) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and 2) second-degree trespassing.
On 7/18/25 at 10:47 a.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Cy Russ Lee, 31, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.
On 7/18/25 at 6:06 p.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Shavali Deena Havens, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.
On 7/18/25 at 9:05 p.m. in the 5000 block of College Street SE, police arrested Gerret Lee Mannix, 36, on suspicion of 1) malicious mischief, 2) resisting / obstructing, and 3) resisting arrest.
On 7/18/25 at 10:28 p.m. in the 7400 block of Hawks Prairie Road NE, police arrested Jesus Hernandez-Estrada, 22, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/18/25 at 4:14 p.m. in the 16700 block of 103rd Avenue SE, police arrested Kevin J. Jones, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 7/18/25 at 7:20 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jeremy Scott Lashley, 52, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
