Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 6/12/26 at 12:42 a.m. in the 3100 block of Lemon Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Van Haralson, 59, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.  

On 6/12/26 at 2:15 a.m. in the 3800 block of Lemon Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandy Nicole Frost, 45, on suspicion of possession, use of controlled substance.

On 6/12/26 at 11:41 a.m. in the 1200 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brianna Dawn Olson, 25, on suspicion of second-degree assault strangulation with child enhancement.

On 6/12/26 at 8:53 p.m. in the 6700 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Isaac Paul Pantega, 48, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 6/12/26 at 10:47 a.m. in the 7500 block of 41st Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony Lewis Jarvis Simmons, 21, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 9:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Rachel Anna Culbertson, 34, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 6/12/26 at 11:02 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Joshua Lee Patterson, 37, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 2:18 a.m. in the 3700 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Amanda N. Gomez, 35, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 6/12/26 at 8:54 a.m. in the 1200 block of Cherry Street SE, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 29, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 10:35 a.m. in the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Gabriel Angel Pena, 25, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 11:49 a.m. in the 600 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Ricky Anthony Peters, 34, on suspicion of 1) disorderly conduct, 2) obstructing an officer, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 6:49 p.m. in the 500 block of Pear Street NE, police arrested Sean M. Stringer, 49, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 6/12/26 at 6:54 p.m. in the 3000 block of Roald Avenue SE, police arrested Jonathan Paoa Nakiso, 26, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) fourth-degree assault.

On 6/12/26 at 8:00 p.m. in the 100 block of Plymouth Street NW, police arrested Zachariah J. Brown, 36, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, and 2) second-degree assault.

On 6/12/26 at 8:48 p.m. in the 500 block of Legion Way SE and Cherry Street SE, police arrested Daniel Xavier Fry, 22, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 11:08 p.m. in the 3900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Steven Earl Smith, 40, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference, 2) obstructing an officer, 3) resisting arrest, 4) misdemeanor warrant, and 5) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 2:38 p.m. in the 2300 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Aleia Danielle Clark, 31, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/12/26 at 5:09 p.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Jesse A. Pogue, 24, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

On 6/12/26 at 5:22 p.m. in the Rhoton Road NW, police arrested Robert William McMahan, 39, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.

On 6/12/26 at 9:20 p.m.in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Sara F. Shalhoob, 39, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 6/12/26 at 9:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Cory Daniel Tash, 38, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.
