On 6/26/26 at 2:50 a.m. in the Thurston County Corrections Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested David Vincent Manning, 41, on suspicion of second-degree malicious mischief.

On 6/26/26 at 7:39 a.m. in the 7100 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Emitalio Vasquez-Mendez, 31, on suspicion of 1) second-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

On 6/26/26 at 3 p.m. in the Nisqually Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Edward Heard, 40, on suspicion of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

On 6/26/26 at 6:21 p.m. in the 800 block of Marci Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Ricardo Gonzales, 31, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 6/26/26 at 9:05 p.m. in the 15700 block of Garden Acres Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kellen Rourke Harley Isiah Macomb, 18, on suspicion of first-degree animal cruelty.

On 6/26/26 at 9:26 p.m. in the 11900 block of Case Extension Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Matthew Barela, 40, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 6/26/26 at 12:47 a.m. in the 400 block of College Street SE, police arrested Sincere Dashaye Ousley-Williams, 20, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 6/26/26 at 11:11 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Angela Nicole Garback, 46, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 6/26/26 at 12:14 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Lamarcus T. Johnson, 44, on suspicion of theft.

On 6/26/26 at 3:04 p.m. in the 1500 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Blaine Tanner Perius, 33, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia.

On 6/26/26 at 7:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Salvador Isaac Fernandez, 28, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.
