Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 10/17/25 at 1:28 a.m. in the 10200 block of State Route 507, sheriff’s deputies arrested Layton James Lasher, 30, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 10/17/25 at 10:17 a.m. in the 300 block of Sussex Avenue E #7, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jose Jauregui Gutierrez, 47, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 3) hit and run unattended.

On 10/17/25 at 2:23 p.m. in the area of Friendly Grove Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brent James Rosie, 45, on suspicion of 1) second-degree criminal trespass, 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 3) possession, use of controlled substance.

On 10/17/25 at 4:00 p.m. in the 7000 block of 50th Lane NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Meisha Kim Dandrea, 45, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 10/17/25 at 9:00 p.m. in the area of Grays Harbor Orv, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Jay Stoken, 29, on suspicion of residential burglary.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/17/25 at 12:35 a.m. in the 400 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Charles O. Buchanan, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/17/25 at 8:13 a.m. in the 4700 block of Park Center Avenue NE, police arrested Tenecia C. Dimmer, 33, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 10/17/25 at 5:06 p.m. in the 8200 block of Quinault Drive NE, police arrested Jaydenn Bovan, 18, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/17/25 at 11:04 a.m. in the 400 block of Jefferson Street NE, police arrested Thomas S. Brannam, 34, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

On 10/17/25 at 6:25 p.m. in the 1300 block of Ethridge Avenue NE, police arrested Patricia L. Alvord, 71, on suspicion of assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 10/17/25 at 3:00 p.m. in the 9500 block of Kimmie Street SW, police arrested Manuel Lopez Swearengin, 37, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
