Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 10/31/25 at 1:30 a.m. in the 18800 block of Loganberry Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Lee Beardsley, 51, on suspicion of 1) theft of motor vehicle, 2) first-degree theft, 3) first-degree attempted theft, 4) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 5) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 6) aiming or discharging firearm, 7) first-degree malicious mischief, and 8) first-degree burglary.

On 10/31/25 at 11:01 a.m. in the 5500 block of 12th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested David James Burns, 34, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/31/25 at 8:01 a.m. in the 4700 block of Park Center Avenue NE, police arrested David Wayne Morris, 51, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/31/25 at 2:03 p.m. in the 5100 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Cory Joseph Foster, 39, on suspicion of 1) theft – shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/31/25 at 3:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Alexander Jeffrey Homiak, 35, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 10/31/25 at 7:05 p.m. in the 8200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Malayna Rae Ann Lesage, 29, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/31/25 at 1:35 a.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Christian Andrew Hennings, 28, on suspicion of violation of protection order.

On 10/31/25 at 12:11 p.m. in the 900 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Alto Neo Tops, 36, on suspicion of second-degree vehicle prowling.

On 10/31/25 at 3:41 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Cory Jonathan Awtry, 33, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) resisting arrest.

On 10/31/25 at 5:00 p.m. in the 300 block of 7th Avenue SE, police arrested Shawn Michael Weber, 40, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen property, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/31/25 at 10:22 p.m. in the 300 block of Stevens Avenue NE, police arrested James M. Guerrero, 33, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
