On 10/11/24 at 9:14 a.m. in the 13100 block of Vail Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Richard Clark Frost, 40, on suspicion of possession of stolen vehicle.
On 10/11/24 at 1:13 p.m. in the 7500 block of Greenridge Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Carrie Ann Knighten, 50, on suspicions of 1) protection order violation, and 2) residential burglary.
