Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 9/18/26 at 2:17 p.m. in the 9300 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shantel Margie Johnson, 45, on suspicion of hit and run accident/injury.

On 9/18/26 at 10:11 p.m. in the area of Marvin Road SE and Sweetbrier Loop, sheriff’s deputies arrested Keagan Parker Rundell, 19, on suspicion of 1) intimidating a public servant, 2) third-degree theft, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 4) harassment.

On 9/18/26 at 10:14 p.m. in the area of Martin Way and Kingham Street, sheriff’s deputies arrested Tayden Makaio Toledo, 24, on suspicion of 1) second-degree attempted vehicle prowl, 2) disorderly conduct, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, 4) resisting arrest, and 5) possession, use of controlled substance.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/18/26 at 12:38 a.m. in the 1000 block of Fones Road SE, police arrested Timothy A. Zacharias, 30, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/18/26 at 9:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Treyton Lambert Carter Sulcer, 32, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/18/26 at 10:21 a.m. in the 300 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Charles Anthony Engle, 43, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/18/26 at 3:07 p.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Andres Lee Elkins, 68, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 9/18/26 at 6:02 p.m. in the 500 block of Alta Street SW, police arrested Samuel D. Acosta, 34, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

On 9/18/26 at 11:49 p.m. in the 100 block of State Avenue NW, police arrested Johnathan R. Glover, 47, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/18/26 at 2:14 p.m. in the 7700 block of Trails End Drive SE, police arrested Larry Gene Kelly, 53, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) resisting arrest.
