On 9/25/26 at 7:31 a.m. in the 200 block of Israeil Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Phillip Lamarks Barber, 46, on suspicion of 1) possession, use of controlled substance, 2) use/deliver drug paraphernalia, and 3) first-degree driving while license suspended.
On 9/25/26 at 5:55 p.m. in the 7700 block of Mazama Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel Roy Anderson, 44, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) resisting arrest.
On 9/25/26 at 8:58 p.m. in the area of 138th Avenue SE and Mariposa Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyron Jay Ketchum, 28, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 3) driving under the influence.
On 9/25/26 at 10:21 p.m. in the 3700 block of Park Drive SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joel Pier Eaton, 43, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) reckless driving.

On 9/25/26 at 12:16 a.m. in the 600 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Michael Eddie Mewhirter, 75, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 9/25/26 at 1:15 a.m. in the 100 block of State Avenue NW and Columbia Street NW, police arrested Draden Michael Stern, 24, on suspicion of 1) second-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/25/26 at 2:45 a.m. in the 2200 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Leeautry C. Brenston, 40, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) ignition interlock required.
On 9/25/26 at 3:40 a.m. in the 2300 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Rashid Jamel Allen, 28, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, 2) false statement to public servant, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 9/25/26 at 7:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Frankling Street NE, police arrested Hesanullah Yaqoobi, 19, on suspicion of criminal trespass.
On 9/25/26 at 11:08 a.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Shane Aaron Connor, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance without prescription, and 2) misdemeanor warrant. \
On 9/25/26 at 4:07 p.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Koty Lee Ewing, 37, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 9/25/26 at 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Lilly Road SE, police arrested Chaz Daniel Martinez, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
On 9/25/26 at 7:03 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Randy R. Bunn, 37, on suspicion of third-degree theft.
On 9/25/26 at 8:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Cooper Point Road NW, police arrested Devin Quadre Herbin, 34, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 9/25/26 at 10:05 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Elijah Zion Amir St. Clair, 26, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, and 2) first-degree burglary.
Yelm Police Department
On 9/25/26 at 12:39 a.m. in the 16900 block of State Route 507, police arrested Tanya Renee Triplett, 41, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days, and 3) refusal or cancellation of certificate.
An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
