On 9/4/26 at 1:13 a.m. in the area of Stoll Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Genon N. McMillan, 40, on suspicion of failure to transfer motor vehicle title within 45 days.
On 9/4/26 at 11:34 a.m. in the 7600 block of 12th Way NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Asha Monet Weatherington, 36, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 9/4/26 at 1:15 p.m. in the Thurston County Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Matthew Malsed, 61, on suspicion of 1) first-degree child molestation, 2) voyeurism, 3) sexual exploitation of a minor, 3) first-degree possession of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and 4) second-degree possession of depictions of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
Olympia Police Department
On 9/4/26 at 3:46 a.m. in the 400 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Mario McCurley, 44, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance without prescription.
On 9/4/26 at 4:18 a.m. in the 900 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Adam M. Lennon, 42, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) trespass.
On 9/4/26 at 10:30 a.m. in the 200 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Paul Marcus Burns, 47, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.
On 9/4/26 at 11:15 p.m. in the 800 block of 7th Avenue SE, police arrested Jazzmyn Shanelle Hatley, 33, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) violation of domestic violence no contact order.
