On 09/08/23 at 6:45 AM in the Copper Wood Apts, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexander Charles Stephens, 25, on suspicion of 2nd degree burglary.

On 09/08/23 at 5:29 PM in the 9900 block of Bloomberg Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Franklin Pitcher, 56, on suspicions of 1) no contact order violation and 2) harassment.

On 09/08/23 at 8:00 PM in the 900 block of Olympia Avenue NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tamarix Midnight Russell, 35, on suspicion of 2nd degree criminal trespass.

On 09/08/23 at 11:51 PM in the 6800 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Melvin Geovany Lobato-Artaga, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree arson and 2) minor in possession and/or consumption.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/08/23 at 3:20 AM in the 3900 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Connie Joy Klatush, 34, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 09/08/23 at 10:56 AM in the 1500 block Fairview Street SE, police arrested Tereus Malik Cherry, 20, on suspicion of a no contact order violation.

On 09/08/23 at 11:37 AM in the 600 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Miles Delaney Cruz, 24, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 09/08/23 at 12:48 PM in the 1100 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Jared David Skewis, 42, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree theft shoplifting and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/08/23 at 3:58 PM in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Samuel David Acosta, 31, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 09/08/23 at 5:22 PM in the 100 block of Caton Way SW, police arrested Jill D. Spyhalski, 39, on suspicion of assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 09/08/23 at 7:42 PM in the 1600 block of 74th Avenue SW, police arrested Michael Ryan Ballew, 45, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/08/23 at 1:35 AM in the 16500 block of SR 507, police arrested Jacob Lee Armour, 33, on suspicions of 1) failure to transfer title within 45 days and 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended.
