On 2/14/22 at 4:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Nepean Dr SE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Cordell Phillip Rucker, 34, on suspicion of violating a protection order.

On 2/14/22 at 4:15 a.m. in the 600 block of 68th Ave NE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Tera Joanne Sawyer, 44, on suspicion of residential burglary and violating a no-contact order.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/14/22 at 4:05 a.m. in the 1200 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Marlene Judy Oliver, 22, on suspicion of malicious mischief and 2) domestic violence.

On 2/14/22 at 5:07 a.m. in the 6200 block of Jamestown Ln SE, police arrested Nancy Jazmin Fernandez, 25, on suspicion of domestic violence.

On 2/14/22 at 1:08 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Daniel James Klein, 41, on suspicion of theft-shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/14/22 at 9:00 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested John C Nottingham, 51, on suspicion of failure to appear.

On 2/14/22 at 10:30 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Shawn Douglas Reed, 31, on suspicion of failure to comply.

On 2/14/22 at 2:18 p.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Ave NW, police arrested Daniel G Callies, 43, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference and 2) disorderly conduct.

On 2/14/22 at 3:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Christopher Jean Paul Ferre, 31, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 2/14/22 at 4:24 p.m. in the 100 block of State Ave NW, police arrested Alan R Solar, 33, on suspicion of graffiti.

On 2/14/22 at 10:10 p.m. in the 2600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Billy Brett Moore, 35, on suspicion of 1) robbery in the first degree, 2) harassment – threats to kill, 3) violation of no-contact order, and 4) violation of order with assault.

On 2/14/22 at 11:43 p.m. in the 100 block of Copper Wood Ln SE, police arrested Samantha M Wike, 25, for an out-of-town warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 2/14/22 at 7:08 p.m. in the 1500 block of Yelm Ave W, police arrested Timothy Allen Higgins, 32, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of firearms and 2) reckless endangerment.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
