On 2/21/22 at 12:53 a.m. in the 500 block of Trailblazer Ct SE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Lewis J Mania, 30, on suspicion of second-degree and fourth-degree assault.

On 2/21/22 at 10:23 a.m. in the 5700 block of 180th Ave SW, Rochester, Sheriff's deputies arrested Nathan Daniel Gilligan, 25, on suspicion of residential burglary.

On 2/21/22 at 6:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Wright St, Sheriff's deputies arrested Monte Dean Laughlin, 19, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 2/21/22 at 8:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Schirm Loop Rd, Sheriff's deputies arrested James Richard Shirrel, 32, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/21/22 at 12:09 a.m. in the 5200 block of Brentwood Dr SE, police arrested Brian James Williams Young, 34, on suspicion of property damage – domestic violence.

On 2/21/22 at 3:24 a.m. in the 1200 block of Ruddell Rd SE, police arrested Victor Alfonso Garcia-Bernal, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence and 2) hit and run unattended.

 On 2/21/22 at 2:00 p.m. in the 4900 block of 55th Ln SE, police arrested Jonathan Michael Van Trump, 20, on suspicion of violation of protection order.

On 2/21/22 at 2:16 p.m. in the 3900 block of 14th Ave SE, police arrested Jim G McPherson, 27, on suspicion of theft – motor vehicle.

Olympia Police Department

 On 2/21/22 at 1:48 a.m. in the 700 block of Sawyer St SE, police arrested Darrin D Mounts, 55, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

On 2/21/22 at 5:20 a.m. in the 700 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Esteban R Alaniz, 39, on suspicion of 1) driving with a suspended license and 2) violation of ignition interlock agreement.

On 2/21/22 at 4:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Rumac St SE, police arrested Seth Duane Wharton, 22, on suspicion of 1) assault, 2) violation of domestic violence order, 3) indecent exposure and 4) resisting.  

On 2/21/22 at 11:08 p.m. in the 300 block of Timothy Scott Harrison, 32, for an out-of-town warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

 On 2/21/22 at 6:25 p.m. in the 5600 block of Capitol Blvd S, police arrested Nicole Malyn Weaver, 49, on suspicion of criminal trespassing in the first degree.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
