Olympia Police Department

At 12 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested James L. Louis Jr., 44, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

At 8:05 p.m. Monday in the 7900 block of Walnut Road Northeast, police arrested Andrew I. Walsh, 44, and Cory S. Walsh, 46,  on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

At 12:10 a.m. Monday in the 1200 block of East Street Southeast, police arrested Austin M. Coton, 26, on a Lacey warrant.

At 1:11 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Carlos V. Lizama, 38, on suspicion of shoplifting.

At 8:33 p.m. Monday in the 3900 block of 21st Avenue Southeast, police arrested Ruben Almnza Esquivel, 53, on suspicion of making threats to kill.

At 9:44 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Jamari R. Jones, 31, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 10:21 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Thayne M. Schmidt, 21, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Tumwater Police Department

At 3:30 a.m. Monday in the 8000 block of Old Highway 99 Southeast, police arrested Tyler M. Phillips, 35, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

At 3:49 a.m. Monday in the 8000 block of Old Highway 99 Southeast, police arrested Melissa A. Hernandez on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass and on an out-of-town warrant.

At 1:48 p.m. Monday in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road Southwest, police arrested Shanda S. Vaillancourt, 29, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Yelm Police Department

At 3:17 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue Southeast, police arrested Melissa A. Hernandez, 42, on a Yelm warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
