On 4/20/26 at 3:30 a.m. in the area of Case Road, sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Franklin Peterson, 36, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, 2) second-degree identity theft, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 4/20/26 at 10:01 a.m. in the 8400 block of Waddell Creek Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Trevor Michael Aaron Foster, 39, on suspicion of 1) harassment, 2) third-degree theft, 3) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, and 4) fourth-degree assault.
On 4/20/26 at 10:12 a.m. in the 5300 block of Beverly Drive NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rory Kier Davis, 46, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 4/20/26 at 10:07 p.m. in the area of Century Link Theatres, sheriff’s deputies arrested Tanner Scott Bunnell, 19, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) harassment.
On 4/20/26 at 10:41p.m. in the 1500 block of Reservation Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Sandra Lynn Sorg, 59, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

On 4/20/26 at 1:14 a.m. in the 2600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Brian Keith Walton, 46, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.
On 4/20/26 at 3:02 a.m. in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Christopher Samson Neemia, 27, on suspicion of second-degree assault.
On 4/20/26 at 3:32 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Jessie James McGee, 46, on suspicion of second-degree assault.
On 4/20/26 at 6:10 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Garrett Christopher Mauro, 36, on suspicion of theft ― purse snatching.

On 4/20/26 at 3:57 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested Noel Rubio Madriz, 37, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft ― shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/20/26 at 1:37 a.m. in the 16600 block of State Route 507, police arrested Ja’len Maurice Boyd, 25, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 4/20/26 at 10:56 p.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Isaac Ramon Vargas-Rodriguez, 34, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) fourth-degree assault, 3) violation of domestic violence protection order, 4) negligent driving, and 5) reckless endangerment.
