On 4/22/24 at 11:50 AM in the 8400 block of 13th Avenue SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Aaron Oneil Sumpter, 26, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 4/22/24 at 12:31 AM in the 500 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Andrew Cody Brown, 25, on suspicions of 1) resisting/obstructing, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/22/24 at 12:59 AM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Douglas I. Peterson, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/22/24 at 1:57 AM in the 800 block of College Street SE, police arrested Kelly Richard Gano, 62, on suspicion of violation of trip permit.

On 4/22/24 at 3:07 AM in the 5700 block of Turf Lane SE, police arrested Erica Cheyenne Fadder, 24, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 4/22/24 at 8:26 AM in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Devon R. Decker-Hook, 36, protection order violation.

On 4/22/24 at 1:32 PM in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Brian K. Walton, 44, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 4/22/24 at 12:18 AM in the 100 block of Kasey Keller Drive NE/Martin Way E, police arrested John A. Escobedo, 57, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock license violation.

On 4/22/24 at 1:08 AM in the 1500 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Austin Devain Howell, 31, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/22/24 at 8:08 PM in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 27, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/22/24 at 4:30 PM in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Marjorie Lynn Canaday, 55, on suspicion of 3rd degree shoplifting – theft.

On 4/22/24 at 9:52 PM in the block of 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Tiarra Noel Szolas, 34, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
