Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 12/1/25 at 11:57 a.m. in the 81600 block of 143rd Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Andrew Gisler, 61, on suspicion of 1) second-degree domestic violence and 2) harassment.

On 12/1/25 at 9:49 p.m. in the 4700 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexis Marie Dunkin, 33, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 12/1/25 at 9:52 p.m. in the 8900 block of Applegate Loop SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Andrew Gisler, 61, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Lacey Police Department

On 12/1/25 at 2:27 a.m. in the 2800 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Kamden Lloyd Sommerville, 18, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

On 12/1/25 at 1:11 p.m. in the 4100 block of I-5 TRL, police arrested Lisa A. Knowles, 44, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/1/25 at 4:04 p.m. in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Gabriel Angel Pena, 24, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 12/1/25 at 4:31 p.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Ronnie L. Radford, 29, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 12/1/25 at 1:53 a.m. in the 200 block of 5th Avenue SE, police arrested Marvin Donell Mathews, 56, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 12/1/25 at 7:31 a.m. in the 2200 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Nicholas David Re, 35, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 12/1/25 at 12:17 p.m. in the 3200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Dale Gene Dettwiler, 45, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 12/1/25 at 11:29 p.m. in the 3600 block of 5th Avenue SW, police arrested Lawrence Edward Washington, 33, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia and 2) obstructing an officer.  

Tumwater Police Department

On 12/1/25 at 6:11 p.m. in the 1600 block of 74th Avenue SW, police arrested Cody Guy Morris, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/1/25 at 9:05 a.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Josiah Aaron Ali, 29, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

    How was Timothy Andrew Gisler, 61, arrested at 9:52 am and again at 11:57 am at two different locations?
