Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 12/15/25 at 12:00 a.m. in the area of Score Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Leonard Starks, 36, on suspicion of 1) eluding a police vehicle, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 3) second-degree attempted assault, 4) resisting arrest, and 5) first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

On 12/15/25 at 3:30 a.m. in the area of 15th Avenue NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shawn Patrick Parker, 53, on suspicion of 1) domestic violence and 2) fourth-degree domestic violence.

On 12/15/25 at 4:30 a.m. in the area of Nels Street SW and 69th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lindsay Elizabeth Hall, 44, on suspicion of 1) first-degree criminal impersonation, 2) possession of drug paraphernalia and 3) resisting arrest.

On 12/15/25 at 7:40 p.m. in the 7900 Holiday Valley Court NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Laura Dawn Kell, 34, on suspicion of third-degree domestic violence.

Olympia Police Department

On 12/15/25 at 12:27 a.m. in the 600 block of Devoe Street SE, police arrested James J. Hickson, 61, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 12/15/25 at 10:22 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington State NE, police arrested Steven Blade Thompson, 33, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/15/25 at 1:21 p.m. in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Reina I. Morales, 33, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 12/15/25 at 8:33 p.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Taylor Laurena Bullett, 21, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/15/25 at 12:19 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Christian Sage Padilla, 30, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 12/15/25 at 2:48 p.m. in the 16700 block of Canal Road SE, police arrested Joseph L. Jason, 27, on suspicion of operating without a license.
