On 12/22/25 at 9:28 a.m. in the 2800 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shane Steven Struthers, 53, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, 2) possession, use of controlled substance, 3) second-degree theft and 4) second-degree possession of stolen property.

On 12/22/25 at 11:20 a.m. in the 8300 block of 58th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rebekah Margaret Koilpillai, 29, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

Lacey Police Department

On 12/22/25 at 11:42 a.m. in the 4800 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Jose A. Villarreal, 44, on suspicion of theft.

Olympia Police Department

On 12/22/25 at 9:22 a.m. in the 2900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 29, on suspicion of third-degree assault.

On 12/22/25 at 9:39 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Francisco Javier Navarrete, 30, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/22/25 at 2:49 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wheeler Avenue SE, police arrested James Lewis Wilder, 46, on suspicion of domestic violence.

Tumwater Police Department

On 12/22/25 at 8:41 a.m. in the 1600 block of Mottman Road SW, police arrested Maria Susana Tapia Martinez, 43, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/22/25 at 11:48 a.m. in the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue NW, police arrested Jadie L. Rasmussen, 30, on suspicion of second-degree malicious mischief.

On 12/22/25 at 5:05 p.m. in the 1500 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Judy Jobey Teo, 30, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 12/22/25 at 6:36 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Avenue NE, police arrested Ti-Kia-Nic-K Ede-Wah McCloud, 52, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 12/22/25 at 7:22 p.m. in the 700 block Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Jeffrey M. Domingo, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/22/25 at 10:12 p.m. in the 18400 block of Blue Hills Loop SE, police arrested Andrew Carneil Burke, 35, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.
