On 12/11/23 at 9:08 PM in the 10800 block of Morris Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Edward Brown, 32, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, and 2) interfering with reporting of domestic violence.
On 12/11/23 at 6:08 PM in the 16000 block of Vail Loop Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tony Robert Wahl, 39, on suspicions of 1) furnishing/permit MIP/consume liquor on premises, 2) 3rd degree child rape, 3) 3rd degree attempted child rape, 4) commercial sexual abuse of a minor, and 5) distribution to persons under 18.
On 12/11/23 at 4:21 PM in the 19000 block of Elderberry Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel Hazelton Waters, 44, on suspicions of 1) harassment, and 2) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 12/11/23 at 11:43 PM in the 900 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Bryce James Jensen, 23, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 12/11/23 at 6:04 PM in the 500 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Elizabeth Garcia, 36, on suspicions of 1) theft of a firearm – from a building, and 2) possession of controlled substance without prescription.
Yelm Police Department
On 12/11/23 at 12:39 AM in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Joe Cecil, 42, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
