On 12/4/23 at 6:01 PM in the 8800 block of Milbanke Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Linda Kay Harper, 41, on suspicions of unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic, and 2) possession of fictitious/altered license.
On 12/4/23 at 4:30 PM in the 8800 block of Milbanke Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Noel Rubio-Madriz, 35, on suspicions of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, and 2) possession of another identification.
