On 02/20/23 at 11:01 p.m. in the 4900 block of Lacey Blvd SE, police arrested Elston Javell Wilson, 27, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 02/20/23 at 9:02 p.m. in the 1200 block of College St SE, police arrested Micah J Horvath, 20, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 02/20/23 at 8:21 a.m. in the 1400 block of Alanna Dr SE, police arrested Corey E Fogle, 32, on a Lacey warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 02/20/23 at 5:41 p.m. in the 800 block of Yauger Way SW, police arrested Samuel David Acosta, 30, on suspicion of 1) assault and 2) drawing, carrying, displaying a weapon.

On 02/20/23 at 3:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Maddison Rose Hope, 36, on suspicion of theft.

On 02/20/23 at 3:05 p.m. in the 4100 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Scott Deforrest Reynolds, 34, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

On 02/20/23 at 5:21 a.m. in the 1900 block of Black Lake Blvd SW, police arrested Martin Jacob Ybarra, 24, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 02/20/23 at 12:22 a.m.  in the 1500 block of 4th Ave E/Lybarger St NE, police arrested Gaela Dior Giles, 22, on suspicion of failure to appear.

On 02/20/23 at 12:01 a.m. in the 1100 block of 12th Ave SE, police arrested James K Rice, 28, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Tumwater Police Department

On 02/20/23 at 12:54 a.m. in the 100 block of Custer Way SW, police arrested Timon Joseph Pitts, 33, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.

Yelm Police Department

On 02/20/23 at 11:32 a.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Justin Brian Davis, 35, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

On 02/20/23 at 12:48 p.m. in the 100 block of Mill Rd SE/SR 507, police arrested Nathaniel Scott Frary, 21, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
