On 7/14/25 at 2:13 a.m. in Thurston County Correction Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Jesse Hill, 55, on suspicion of harassment.

On 7/14/25 at 5:43 p.m. in the 6500 block of 33rd Avenue NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Blue Sky Brown, 33, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

On 7/14/25 at 9:30 p.m. in Thurston County Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested John Terry Colvin, 29, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 7/14/25 at 6:46 a.m. in the 7100 block of 32nd Avenue NE, police arrested Robert A. Clark, 37, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) violation of no contact order.

On 7/14/25 at 3:52 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Michael Joseph Lubbers, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/14/25 at 5:08 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road NE, police arrested Wendy A. Adkins, 62, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 7/14/25 at 12:33 a.m. in the 2200 block of Cooper Point Auto Mall Drive SW, police arrested Donte Dupri Pridgen, 19, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/14/25 at 1:06 a.m. in the 800 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested William Jack Moody Hopkins, 31, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

On 7/14/25 at 9:39 p.m. in the 2800 block of Limited Lane NW, police arrested James Giovonni Perfili, 51, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

On 7/14/25 at 9:41 p.m. in the 1800 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Jamaal Ahmad Bell, 73, on suspicion of 1) driving without a license – no valid ID shown, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/14/25 at 10:42 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Jesse T. Anderson, 45, on suspicion of 1) identity theft – credit / debit, and 2) second-degree possessing of stolen property.

On 7/14/25 at 1:49 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Tumua Pila Phamroah Patu, 42, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/14/25 at 8:34 p.m. in the 2200 bloc kof McIver Court SW, police arrested Savannah L. Garza, 23, on suspicion of assault.

On 7/14/25 at 11:54 p.m. in the 3300 block of 54th Avenue SW, police arrested Nicholas R. Tuller, 32, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/14/25 at 11:03 p.m. in the 300 block of 3rd Street NE, police arrested Ashley I. Steffensen, 29, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
