On 7/28/25 at 12:38 a.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Julio Caparino Bernard, 48, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/28/25 at 2:53 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodland Square Loop SE, police arrested Mikhail Kyung Peterson, 41, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/28/25 at 11:29 a.m. in the 8300 block of Hawksridge Drive SE, police arrested Petar Jelinic, 62, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) interfering with reporting of a domestic violence.

On 7/28/25 at 11:49 a.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Jack Ray Cameron, 40, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 7/28/25 at 1:21 p.m. in the 5100 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Jeffrey N. Davies, 57, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

On 7/28/25 at 8:23 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Wyatt Matthew Lee Ingram, 21, on suspicion of 1) theft – shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/28/25 at 10:24 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Starleen Katliyah Acorda, 24, on suspicion of violation of protection order.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/28/25 at 1:24 a.m. in the 4300 block of 5th Avenue NW, police arrested Diana J. Gerla, 34, on suspicion of assault.

On 7/28/25 at 2:07 a.m. in the 100 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Robert C. Odea, 60, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/28/25 at 6:13 a.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Sarah A. Richards, 49, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/28/25 at 1:43 p.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Lara C. Streuli, 43, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, and 2) criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/28/25 at 8:37 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Wyatt Matthew Lee Ingram, 21, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

    Giving and enforcing illegal, retaliation year long bus ban WITHOUT DUE PROCESS is a lawsuit

    Criminalizing and vilified for civil liberties OUTSIDE OF THE BUS SYSTEM is a lawsuit

    Enforcement of an illegal retaliation house arrest for reporting racist discrimination is a lawsuit

    Denial of basic public transportation, no access to food, emergency care, medical providers, specialist, missing appointments , no access to social services, or groceries safely without walking 5 miles in a dense wooded area without side walks is lawsuit.

    I am 53 years old woman, sight impared, with physical challenges and my mobility impacted by an illegal and retaliation year long bus ban-- all for my written complaints of discrimination,false accusations and racist targeting monitoring and slandering by INTERCITY TRANSIT-EMPLOYEES-- is a lawsuit.

    ALL BECAUSE YOU CHOOSE TO PROTECT RACIST CRIMINALS, ABUSING THEIR POSITIONS BY TARGETING, HARASSING AND FALSE ACCUSING INNOCENT BLACK WOMEN IN THIS COMMUNITY

    Wyatt Ingram was arrested at 8:23pm on Sleater Kinney and then arrested again in Yelm 14 minutes later??? How can that be?
