Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 07/04/22 at 12:49 a.m. in the 9400 block of 180th Way SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joseph Patrick Gardner, 35, on suspicion of 1) assault in the fourth degree, 2) malicious mischief in the third degree and 3) felony harassment.

On 07/04/22 at 7:49 p.m. in the 9700 block of 62nd Ave SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Johnson, 62, on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

On 07/04/22 at 10:12 p.m. in the 7500 block of 13th Ave NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brienna Nicole Sommer, 31, on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

Lacey Police Department

On 07/04/22 at 1:36 p.m. in the 4000 block of Stikes Dr SE, police arrested Jesse Terry Neal, 68, on suspicion of assault. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 07/04/22 at 7:53 a.m. in the 200 block of A Ave NE, police arrested Ciera D Hackle, 33, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 07/04/22 at 9:58 a.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Ave NE, police arrested Brian C Simmons, 39, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 07/04/22 at 10:32 a.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Ian D Clark, 47, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 07/04/22 at 10:37 a.m. in the 1000 block of Decatur St SW, police arrested Jackie Marie Wharton, 32, on suspicion of 1) failure to comply. 

On 07/04/22 at 10:46 a.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Ave NE, police arrested David L McQueary, 39, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

On 07/04/22 at 10:57 a.m. in the 900 block of Columbia St SW, police arrested Eunina N Crayton, 35, on suspicion of criminal trespassing. 

On 07/04/22 at 2:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Olympia Ave NE, police arrested Collin M Warden, 30, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 07/04/22 at 5:29 p.m. in the 500 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Anthony M Degollado, 31, on suspicion of harassment. 

Tumwater Police Department 

On 07/04/22 at 3:23 a.m. in the 5200 block of Capitol Blvd S, police arrested Justin Anthony Paul, 39, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer. 

An arrest does not mean a person in guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
