On 11/10/25 at 2:19 p.m. in the 9200 block of Waddell Creek Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Fernando Delacruz-Aguirre, 35, on suspicion of 1) second-degree criminal trespass, 2) possession of stolen vehicle, and 3) unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic.
On 11/10/25 at 2:21 p.m. in the 9200 block of Waddell Creek Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nathaniel Lee Moore, 30, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, 2) making or possession of auto theft tools, and 3) second-degree trespassing.
On 11/10/25 at 2:30 p.m. in the 9200 block of Waddell Creek Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Destiny Anna Hermann, 27, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, 2) first-degree criminal impersonation, and 3) second-degree trespass.
On 11/10/25 at 9:34 p.m. in the 11700 block of Crocket Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Samantha Jo Thurber, 39, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 11/10/25 at 2:11 a.m. in the 600 block of Golf Club Place SE, police arrested Derek K. Nelson, 33, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.
On 11/10/25 at 11:59 a.m. in the 5700 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Stephen Brian Stillabower, 40, on suspicion of 1) ignition interlock license violation, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 11/10/25 at 6:00 p.m. in the 4600 block of 8th Avenue NE, police arrested William Wiley Stone, 38, on suspicion of residential burglary.

On 11/10/25 at 9:46 a.m. in the 2700 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Travis G. Homer, 53, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 11/10/25 at 10:06 a.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Michael Andrew Loyd Ward, 36, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 11/10/25 at 3:09 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Jacob Paul Valim, 31, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 11/10/25 at 10:19 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Stephanie Lin Christensen, 33, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
Tumwater Police Department
On 11/10/25 at 3:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Dennis Street SW, police arrested William James Hughes, 56, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.
