On 11/17/25 at 9:55 a.m. in the 2300 block of Marvin Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Alvin Richard Reyes Cruz, 31, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver heroin while armed, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver marijuana while armed, 3) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic while armed, and 4) first-degree possession of firearm.
On 11/17/25 at 10:41 a.m. in the 5700 block of 180th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Zachery Randal Dobbins, 27, on suspicion of 1) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, and 2) fourth-degree assault.
On 11/17/25 at 10:24 p.m. in the 5400 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Josh Dennis Thurber, 41, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 11/17/25 at 10:58 p.m. in the 10300 block of Delphi Road, sheriff’s deputies arrested Cari Susan Green, 61, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.
Lacey Police Department
On 11/17/25 at 3:29 p.m. in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Julia Marquez, 32, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.
On 11/17/25 at 6:50 p.m. in the 4200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Richard Bryan Northness, 30, on suspicion of felony warrant.
Olympia Police Department
On 11/17/25 at 12:07 a.m. in the 2200 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Isaac Ramon Vargas, 34, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, and 2) fourth-degree assault.
On 11/17/25 at 1:27 a.m. in the 600 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Joshua H. Deckert, 27, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
On 11/17/25 at 1:31 p.m. in the 400 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Savannah Grace Taylor, 27, on suspicion of 1) theft, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 11/17/25 at 3:32 p.m. in the 3500 block of 6th Street SE, police arrested Isaac Samuel Wagner, 32, on suspicion of 1) harassment, and 2) possession of drug paraphernalia, and 3) theft – shoplifting.
On 11/17/25 at 10:56 p.m. in the 10200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested James Edward McCain, 44, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 11/17/25 at 12:15 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Donyae K. Matthews, 18, on suspicion of assault.
Yelm Police Department
On 11/17/25 at 1:12 a.m. in the 16500 block of Bald Hills Road SE, police arrested Michelle Lauree Davidson, 55, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
