Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 9/22/25 at 4:50 a.m. in Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Aaron Michael James, 45, on suspicion of 1) theft of a firearm, 2) second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 3) felony harassment, 4) third-degree malicious mischief, and 5) aiming or discharging firearm.

On 9/22/25 at 5:15 a.m. in the 6800 block of Martin way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rosalino Martinez-Sanchez, 35, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 3) violation of no contact order.

On 9/22/25 at 11:29 p.m. in Tenino Fresh Market, sheriff’s deputies arrested Grant Edward Hughes, 44, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/22/25 at 2:24 p.m. in the 8100 block of Freedom Lane NE, police arrested Clayton Anthony Grant, 47, on suspicion of 1) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/22/25 at 2:59 p.m. in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Michael D. Legare, 69, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 9/22/25 at 3:48 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Linda M. Roberts, 43, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/22/25 at 4:15 p.m. in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Jeffrey D. Backman, 42, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 9/22/25 at 5:23 p.m. in the 200 block of College Street SE, police arrested Michael James Scott, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/22/25 at 9:54 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Jared A. Azzaahir, 44, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

On 9/22/25 at 3:49 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Amber Dawn Tock, 41, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, 2) second-degree criminal trespass, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 9/22/25 at 5:04 p.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Sasha Rachelle Domini Salnave, 32, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 9/22/25 at 5:24 p.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Ricky Ryan Howard, 29, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/22/25 at 11:25 p.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Nickalis C. Walker, 29, on suspicion of 1) second-degree robbery, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, 3) possession of dangerous weapons, and 4) false statement to public servant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/22/25 at 1:27 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Michael John Davidson, 26, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 9/22/25 at 1:54 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested John C. Frazier, 56, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 9/22/25 at 2:15 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Jared A. Azzaahir, 44, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) theft – shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/22/25 at 9:25 p.m. in the 700 block of Crystal Springs Road NW, police arrested Bridget L. Bowes, 64, on suspicion of hit and run attended.
