On 4/19/25 at 7:52 p.m. in the 9200 block of Applegate Loop SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Aaron Petersen, 38, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 4/19/25 at 10:21 p.m. in the 1100 block of Galaxy Drive NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Dillon Jess Odell, 30, on suspicion of 1) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/19/25 at 10:31 p.m. in the area of Crocket & 113th, sheriff’s deputies arrested Maria Ann Zack, 41, on suspicion of 1) physical control, and 2) possession use of controlled substance.

On 4/19/25 at 1:15 a.m. in the 500 block of Carpenter Road SE, police arrested Pablo Vasquez Mendez, 32, on suspicion of violation of a no contact order.

On 4/19/25 at 2:22 a.m. in the 2500 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Travis Allen Kivela, 40, on suspicion of resisting/obstructing.

On 4/19/25 at 6:46 a.m. in the 2300 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Emitalio Vasquez Mendez, 29, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, 2) hit and run attended, 3) second-degree driving while license suspended, and 4) ignition interlock required.

On 4/19/25 at 1:25 p.m. in the 2800 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Zebediah None Coleman, 31, on suspicions of 1) simple assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 4/19/25 at 2:08 p.m. in the 2500 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Zion L. Woodson, 25, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/19/25 at 2:46 p.m. in the 300 block of Marvin Road SE, police arrested Joyce Alberta Allgood, 83, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/19/25 at 9:17 p.m. in the 1400 block of Alanna Drive SE, police arrested Maddision A. Weiland, 19, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 4/19/25 at 2:42 a.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Beth Ann Hayes, 40, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/19/25 at 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Jazzlee Laday Griffin, 38, on suspicions of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 4/19/25 at 10:59 a.m. in the 200 block of Gerth Street SW, police arrested Derle W. Mickler, 47, on suspicions of 1) second-degree vehicle prowling, and 2) controlled substance possession by prisoner.

On 4/19/25 at 1:59 p.m. in the 5100 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Infinity Ann Reid-Phillips, 31, on suspicions of 1) third-degree theft, 2) forgery, and 3) identity theft – personal information.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/19/25 at 9:29 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Joel N. Navarrete-Sierra, 29, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) driving without a license – no valid ID shown.
