On 8/02/25 at 11:27 a.m. in the 6600 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Brian Robertson, 69, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 8/02/25 at 8:30 p.m. in the area of Boston Harbor Road NE / 46^th Avenue NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Kenneth Davies, 55, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 8/02/25 at 9:09 p.m. in the 1300 block of Chatham Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Junior Reyes, 35, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) harassment.

On 8/02/25 at 12:18 a.m. in the 1200 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Mario A. Arellano-Zanabria, 40, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 8/02/25 at 7:32 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodland Square Loop SE, police arrested Wyatt Matthew Lee Ingram, 21, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/02/25 at 9:43 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Nolan-Ryan Scott Amos, 28, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/02/25 at 2:20 a.m. in the 100 block of Thurston County Jail, police arrested Justino Tomas Devalle Rodriguez, 29, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/02/25 at 5:46 a.m. in the 2300 block of 9^th Avenue SW, police arrested James Rodriguez, 47, on suspicion of 1) violation of no contact order, 2) resisting, and 3) obstructing an officer.

On 8/02/25 at 9:52 a.m. in the 200 block of Olympia Avenue NE / Franklin Street NE, police arrested Alithea Marie Folk, 29, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 8/02/25 at 2:57 p.m. in the 2400 block of 93^rd Avenue SW, police arrested Christopher Scott Simon, 40, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 8/02/25 at 1:02 a.m. in the 300 block of 2^nd Street SE, police arrested Tara Jean Peters, 45, on suspicion of 1) lewd conduct, and 2) second-degree criminal trespass.

On 8/02/25 at 5:13 a.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Jaykab R. Reynolds, 20, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 8/02/25 at 9:22 p.m. in the 800 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Christino Villiana Gonzalez, 50, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
