Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 8/30/25 at 1:59 a.m. in the 400 block of 368th Federal Way SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Andrey Petr Lupulyak, 33, on suspicion of 1) introducing contraband into jail, 2) unlawful possession with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 3) driving under the influence, 4) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, 5) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 6) first-degree driving while license suspended, 7) third-degree possession of stolen property, 8) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 9) possession of stolen vehicle.

On 8/30/25 at 9:15 a.m. in the 1300 block of Wakeman Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Karl Christoffer Zander, 44, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 8/30/25 at 5:27 p.m. in the 100 block of Lemieux Lane N, sheriff’s deputies arrested Whisper Elizabeth Hampton, 38, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 8/30/25 at 9:23 p.m. in the 10200 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Angel Hernandez Ruiz, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

Lacey Police Department

On 8/30/25 at 9:22 a.m. in the 1400 block of Alanna Drive SE, police arrested Talisa D. Harris, 24, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 8/30/25 at 9:45 p.m. in the 8400 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Elizabeth James Manues, 22, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 8/30/25 at 4:45 p.m. in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Whitney N. Bilderback, 38, on suspicion of 1) second-degree theft, 2) forgery, and 3) identity theft – personal information.

On 8/30/25 at 4:48 p.m. in the 2000 block of Lakeridge Drive SW, police arrested Brandon Lee Penn, 39, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, 2) second-degree theft, 3) identity theft – credit / debit, and 4) second-degree possessing stolen property.

On 8/30/25 at 5:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Trevor Hodari, 41, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 8/30/25 at 9:16 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Sean E. Gailey, 60, on suspicion of harassment.

On 8/30/25 at 9:31 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Charles Cleveland Champ, 40, on suspicion of 1) theft – shoplifting, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 8/30/25 at 12:26 a.m. in the 14500 block of Vail Road SE, police arrested Cory Daniel Tash, 37, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 8/30/25 at 12:46 a.m. in the 400 block of 1st Street S, police arrested Casey E. Little, 29, on suspicion of 1) intimidation with a weapon, 2) dangerous knives, 3) disorderly conduct, and 4) offenses in public.

On 8/30/25 at 1:58 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Tiarra Noel Szolas, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/30/25 at 4:54 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Brandon Ray Hine, 30, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/30/25 at 6:03 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Justin Wayne Vanwinkle, 41, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 8/30/25 at 8:19 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Taylor Dean Lorentzen, 34, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 8/30/25 at 10:39 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Leann Paige Hetzer, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
