Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 12/13/25 at 2:00 a.m. in the area of Ranger Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Alan Claude Cunningham, 32, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree domestic violence, 2) third-degree malicious mischief and 3) driving under the influence.

On 12/13/25 at 9:26 a.m. in the 1600 block of 38th Lane NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Allen Emmick, 47, on suspicion of possession of stolen vehicle.

On 12/13/25 at 12:15 p.m. in the area of Trosper Safeway, sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexander Marshal Gildon, 28, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

Lacey Police Department

On 12/13/25 at 1:01 a.m. in the 1300 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Reth Rith, 43, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 12/13/25 at 9:44 p.m. in the 4200 block of 6th Avenue SE, police arrested Lyka Nicole C. Sally, 24, on suspicion of vehicle prowling.

Olympia Police Department

On 12/13/25 at 12:56 a.m. in the 2600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Justin Ronald Simnett, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 12/13/25 at 3:00 p.m. in the 1600 block of Fones Road SE, police arrested Isaac Thomas Reynolds, 41, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) second-degree assault, and 3) harassment ― threats to kill.

On 12/13/25 at 10:35 p.m. in the 500 block of Courtside Street SW, police arrested Casey Jay Arbogast, 54, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/13/25 at 7:42 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Wesley Scott Morgan, 38, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance without prescription, 2) use of drug paraphernalia, and 3) misdemeanor warrant. 

On 12/13/25 at 11:56 p.m. in the 10500 block of Walmart Boulevard SE, police arrested Eric Leslie Boyd, 46, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 12/13/25 at 11:58 p.m. in the 17600 block of State Route 507 and Vail Road SE, police arrested Mark Andrew Polly, 52, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
