On 2/14/26 at 1:12 a.m. in the 8400 block of 13th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jaquan Leonard Fernandus, 29, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) resisting arrest, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 2/14/26 at 2:08 a.m. in the 4300 block of 20th Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rashed Les, 44, on suspicion of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) driving under the influence.
On 2/14/26 at 3:14 a.m. in the 12000 block of Highway 12, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffrey Scott Gouveia, 67, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 3) violation of domestic violence no contact order.
Lacey Police Department
On 2/14/26 at 2:49 a.m. in the 600 block of Woodland Square Loop SE, police arrested Alphonso Curtis Brownlee, 40, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.
Olympia Police Department
On 2/14/26 at 12:20 a.m. in the 2800 block of Limited Lane NW, police arrested Logan P. Brady, 20, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) second-degree assault, 3) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and 4) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 2/14/26 at 2:15 a.m. in the 1800 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Tony Andre Ponds, 55, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/14/26 at 11:54 a.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Somponn Lopez, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/14/26 at 3:04 p.m. in the 600 block of Fieldstone Drive SW, police arrested Dustin John Wilkins, 37, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 2/14/26 at 11:28 p.m. in the 300 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Isaac Allen Hermsen, 23, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, 2) misdemeanor warrant, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 2/14/26 at 3:05 p.m. in the 3300 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Michael R. Lewis, 47, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
Yelm Police Department
On 2/14/26 at 4:39 a.m. in the 14700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested James C. Lingnau, 62, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
