Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 2/21/26 at 5:08 a.m. in the 5000 block of Turnstone Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested David Karobia Kimani, 33, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 2/21/26 at 8:45 a.m. in the Juvenile Detention, sheriff’s deputies arrested Arnold Jay Higholt Camacho, 17, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

On 2/21/26 at 10:21 a.m. in the 4900 block of Siskiyou Loop SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Darnell Walker, 45, on suspicion of 1) second-degree malicious mischief, 2) fourth-degree assault, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 4) third-degree escape.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/21/26 at 11:04 p.m. in the 1900 block of Diamond Loop SE, police arrested Jason M. Hayes, 47, on suspicion of simple assault.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/21/26 at 1:59 a.m. in the 500 block of 11th Avenue SE, police arrested Julio Camargo Ayala, 44, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/21/26 at 4:51 a.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Pablo Vasquez, 33, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 2/21/26 at 2:19 p.m. in the 600 block of Fieldstone Drive SW, police arrested Dustin John Wilkins, 37, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 2/21/26 at 11:18 p.m. in the 900 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Anthony David Little, 32, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.             

Yelm Police Department

On 2/21/26 at 12:48 a.m. in the 16500 block of State Route 507, police arrested Clarence Mathew Allen, 43, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 2/21/26 at 7:31 p.m. in the 9600 block of Bridge Road SE, police arrested Adam Michael Heyer, 42, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
