On 1/31/26 at 3:46 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Angela Nicole Garback, 45, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 1/31/26 at 3:20 p.m. in the 6300 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Darrin Michael Church, 57, on suspicion of 1) resisting arrest, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/31/26 at 10:45 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Justin J. Childress, 45, on suspicion of harassment.

On 1/31/26 at 1:53 a.m. in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Cecelia Sandio Marie Bjorne, 22, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 1/31/26 at 2:41 a.m. in the 1400 block of 5th Avenue SW, police arrested Oscar Littlefeather Lopez-Nix, 34, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 1/31/26 at 9:18 a.m. in the 2800 block of Wiggins Road SE, police arrested Isabell K. Lux, 24, on suspicion of 1) theft of motor vehicle, and 2) second-degree malicious mischief.

On 1/31/26 at 7:41 p.m. in the 1000 block of Union Avenue SE, police arrested Ricky Ryan Howard, 29, on suspicion of 1) obstructing an officer, 2) misdemeanor warrant, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/31/26 at 8:01 a.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Michael James Scott, 35, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

On 1/31/26 at 5:52 p.m. in the 300 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Reanna L. Sweet, 41, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

On 1/31/26 at 7:40 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Joshua Franklin Peterson, 35, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 1/31/26 at 7:40 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Brittany Lea Binkley, 36, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

On 1/31/26 at 7:46 p.m. in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Christina Renee Russell, 34, on suspicion of 1) second-degree theft ― shoplifting, 2) first-degree criminal trespass, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 1/31/26 at 11:44 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Kirsten Marie Jones, 42, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
