Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 7/12/25 at 11:40 a.m. in the 11500 block of Summit Lake Road NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Alan Beck, 64, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) resisting arrest, 3) disorderly conduct, and 4) failure to obey police officer.

On 7/12/25 at 8:08 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Alex Gonzalez, 34, on suspicion of custodial assault.

On 7/12/25 at 11:25 p.m. in the area of 3rd Way / Stonewood, sheriff’s deputies arrested Cyril Rutmag, 41, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) reckless driving.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/12/25 at 4:32 a.m. in the 5100 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested James Keefe Rice, 57, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

On 7/12/25 at 9:01 p.m. in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Corey Arthur Keene, 54, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/12/25 at 5:17 a.m. in the 3600 block of Kings Way SE, police arrested Mark L. Cereghino, 45, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

On 7/12/25 at 2:04 p.m. in the 3900 block of Capital Mall Drive SW, police arrested Joel Adam Green, 43, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 7/12/25 at 1:49 a.m. in the 600 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Edward Troymine Johnson, 36, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/12/25 at 4:44 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Kadin Nikole Long, 20, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
