On 7/19/25 at 1:12 p.m. in the area of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Raye Smith, 27, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 7/19/25 at 8:48 p.m. in the area of Martin / Kinwood, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eduardo Gutierrez, 48, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
