Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 6/28/25 at 12:12 a.m. in the area of 110th Avenue, sheriff’s deputies arrested Craig Richard Dow, 38, on suspicion of 1) second-degree trespassing, 2) second-degree possession of stolen property, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 6/28/25 at 4:26 a.m. in the area of Bucoda Highway SE / Oconnor Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas Bryan Decker, 36, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) use/deliver drug paraphernalia.

On 6/28/25 at 2:47 p.m. in the area pd State Route 101 Off Ramp to Black Lake Boulevard, sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Dean Day, 62, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) vehicular homicide.

On 6/28/25 at 4:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Nisqually Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Lee Chesler, 37, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) theft of motor vehicle, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 6/28/25 at 8:30 p.m. in the area of Edwards Street NW / Jefferson Avenue NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eduardo Pineda Cortez, 20, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) hit and run unattended, 3) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 4) third-degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 6/28/25 at 9:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Porsche Nashae Thomas, 37, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 6/28/25 at 9:51 p.m. in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Calico C. Blackden, 25, on suspicion of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) resisting/obstructing.

Yelm Police Department

On 6/28/25 at 6:56 a.m. in the 16800 block of Canal Road SE, police arrested Kimberly M. Bertram, 42, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 6/28/25 at 8:49 a.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jeremiah J. Landis, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
