On 11/30/24 at 4:32 p.m. in the 15900 block of Jade Street SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Nathan Butler, 32, on suspicions of 1) obstructing a law enforcement officer, 2) possession of drug paraphernalia, and 3) second-degree reckless burning.

On 11/30/24 at 2:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Joshua Phillip Schmidt, 45, on suspicion of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.
On 11/30/24 at 11:22 a.m. in the 6600 block of Britton Peakway NE, police arrested Mason D. Stroud, 33, on suspicion of simple assault.
On 11/30/24 at 12:03 p.m. in the 1300 block of McDaniel Lane SE, police arrested Peter Nieves, 52, on suspicion of harassment.

On 11/30/24 at 8:56 a.m. in the 400 block of Water Street SW, police arrested Austin Devain Howell, 32, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.
On 11/30/24 at 11:10 a.m. in the 400 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Henry E. Smith, 46, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
On 11/30/24 at 3:55 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Calvin Sheron Evans, 35, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, 2) resisting, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.
On 11/30/24 at 4:01 p.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Michael J. Bebich, 36, on suspicion f second-degree assault.
On 11/30/24 at 6:06 p.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue NE, police arrested Ryan P. McWorter, 43, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.
Tumwater Police Department
On 11/30/24 at 11:12 a.m. in the 400 block of Custer Way SE, police arrested Tony J. Carter, 34, on suspicions of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 11/30/24 at 10:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Allen Orchard Lane SE, police arrested Michael P. Krause, 23, on suspicions of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
