On 9/12/26 at 3:07 a.m. in the 800 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Nolan Brooks Gwinn, 48, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/12/26 at 4:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Bing Street NW, police arrested Jackson Vannak Van, 43, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 9/12/26 at 4:26 p.m. in the 1100 block of Eastside Street SE and 12th Avenue SE, police arrested Jenessa Ann Marie Tejano, 35, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 9/12/26 at 7:00 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Steve Lee Veres, 44, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 9/12/26 at 7:51 p.m. in the 700 block of West Dundee Road NW, police arrested Sarah Louise Meleco, 42, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, and 2) violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 9/12/26 at 9:16 p.m. in the 1100 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested Leif Eric Andrew Allen, 51, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 9/12/26 at 10:33 p.m. in the 15000 block of Interstate 5 N, police arrested Chelsea Renee Marasigan, 31, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 9/12/26 at 10:37 p.m. in the 15000 block of Interstate 5 N, police arrested Steven James Hughes, 27, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/12/26 at 4:51 a.m. in the 300 block of Deschutes Parkway SW, police arrested Harrynarin Seenauth, 44, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) violation of ignition interlock license.

On 9/12/26 at 1:51 p.m. in the 8700 block of Cabot Street SE, police arrested Oscar Jimenez Ramirez, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/12/26 at 10:04 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue W and Solberg Street NW, police arrested Julia Anngelic Torres, 42, on suspicion of 1) first-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.
