On 9/20/25 at 12:49 a.m. in the area of 196th Avenue SW and Elderberry Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Marcus Baldwin Ranger, 29, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) driving under the influence.
On 9/20/25 at 3:40 a.m. in the 2900 block of Firwood Loop SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Andres Misael Cruz, 26, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 9/20/25 at 3:21 p.m. in the area of Clover Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Hector Manuel Villicana, 34, on suspicion of second-degree vehicle prowl.
On 9/20/25 at 5:52 p.m. in the 600 block of College Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Heather Renee Rishel, 41, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
